2. Import into your review app
- Find the importerOpen your review app's import page. In most apps it's under Settings or Reviews, called something like "Import reviews" or "Import from CSV".
- Match the columnsMap rating, title, review, author and date to the app's fields.
- Match productsUse the Shopify product ID (
shopify_product_id) or the SKU (sku), whichever the app asks for. - Check a few reviewsAfter the import, open a product or two and compare with the app.
Column names and date formats differ between apps. Some importers want their own template. If yours does, copy the columns from our file into their template in a spreadsheet, and check their guide for the exact date format. Delete the rows you don't want first; for example, filter source to keep only Amazon reviews.
Moving to Judge.me? There's a ready-made format for it. Import into Judge.me.
