Before you start

Your products need to be connected and have their Amazon reviews in the app. See Connect products, then collect or import the reviews.

1. Export from Amazon Review Sync

  1. Choose what to exportOn Home, choose Export all reviews above the Connected products table for every product, or Export reviews in one product's actions menu.
  2. Pick the Judge.me formatUnder File format, choose Judge.me import.
  3. DownloadChoose Download CSV. You get judgeme-import.csv.

The file has the Amazon reviews and published shopper reviews of your connected products, with your edits. Hidden reviews and shopper reviews that are pending or rejected are left out.

2. Import into Judge.me

  1. Open the importerIn Judge.me, open Settings › Import reviews and choose Import from a spreadsheet.
  2. UploadUpload the file, choose Product reviews, confirm you have permission to import them, and choose Next.
  3. Map the columnsMatch them as in the table below. If the date isn't detected, use Update date format and choose dd/mm/yyyy.
  4. Match productsChoose Product ID as the product identifier, with the product_id column. Then choose Import.

review_dateReview date (dd/mm/yyyy)

Judge.me emails the results, usually within about 5 minutes, and lists them in its Reviews Import Log. Reviews longer than 5,000 characters are cut to fit Judge.me's limit. For Judge.me's side of things, see Judge.me's import guide.

Afterwards

  • Avoid showing reviews twice: if Judge.me now shows these reviews, remove our Reviews from Amazon block from your product page, or turn off Shown on store for those products.
  • Be clear about the source: Judge.me shows imported reviews as its own. A line like "Includes reviews from Amazon" near the widget tells shoppers where they came from.
  • New Amazon reviews later? Collect again and export just that product, so you don't import the same reviews into Judge.me twice.
