From Amazon to Judge.me in four steps

1

Connect

Link each Shopify product to its Amazon listing. 50 at once in a form, or 500 from a CSV.

2

Collect

The Chrome extension collects 10 to 1,000 reviews per product in Amazon's star mix. Or import a CSV.

3

Export

Choose Export all reviews, pick Judge.me import and download.

4

Import

In Judge.me: Settings › Import reviews › Import from a spreadsheet. Match by Product ID.

Why use this instead of a spreadsheet

The fiddly parts are already done

  • Product matching: each row carries the Shopify product ID and SKU, for every product in one file
  • Judge.me's columns: title, body, rating, review_date, reviewer_name, reviewer_email, product_id, product_sku
  • Judge.me's dates: dd/mm/yyyy, from each review's real Amazon date
  • Judge.me's limit: review text over 5,000 characters is cut to fit
  • Only what you'd show: hidden reviews and unapproved shopper reviews are left out; your edits are included
  • Opens cleanly in Excel and is protected against spreadsheet formula injection

Using Loox, Yotpo, Stamped or Okendo?

Choose the Spreadsheet (CSV) format instead. It has every field: source, product, SKU, Shopify product and variant IDs, ASIN, marketplace, rating, title, review, author, date and verified purchase. Most review apps can import it after you match the columns.

How to move reviews to another app

Tell shoppers where reviews come from. Once imported, Judge.me shows these as its own reviews. A line like "Includes reviews from Amazon" near the widget keeps things honest and in line with consumer rules on reviews.

Common questions

Does the export include reviewer emails?

Amazon doesn't share reviewer emails, so that column is empty for Amazon reviews. It's filled for reviews your own shoppers wrote in the app. Judge.me needs a review body, a rating and a product identifier, and the file has all three.

Can I export just one product?

Yes. Use Export reviews in that product's actions menu on Home. Export all reviews above the table exports every connected product.

How long does Judge.me take to import?

Judge.me emails the results, usually within about 5 minutes, and lists them in its Reviews Import Log.

Can I keep showing Amazon reviews with this app too?

Yes, but then shoppers would see the same reviews twice. Most stores pick one: import into Judge.me, or show Amazon reviews in our block next to Judge.me.
